This iconic building is located on the beachfront in the NORTH residential area of Gandia Beach.
A fresh and bright apartment with three double bedrooms (two with ceiling fans) and two bathrooms (bathtub and shower), offering fabulous panoramic views, furnished for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.
East-facing, all exterior except for the bathrooms.
Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a window facing east, with access door to the terrace.
The spacious living-dining room also provides access to the terrace, from where you can enjoy wonderful sea views; on a clear day, you can see the island of Ibiza, the bay of Cullera, and Montgó (Denia). It features a beautiful communal swimming pool with Venetian steps for easy entry/exit, surrounded by common areas, and a communal tennis court.
Ideal for families with children, with all kinds of services nearby. Sleeps 6 people NO PETS ALLOWED NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ALLOWED (under thirty years of age). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen (changed bi-weekly) and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom). We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/sundries.
A pressure cooker or hairdryer is not standard.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 onwards.
There is a possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the security deposit.
Departure and vacating of the accommodation must be done before 10:00 in the morning.
Keys can be left inside the accommodation after prior consultation, or they will be returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages or non-compliance with the vacating schedule.
Either, leave a security deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after a review of the apartment, or, contract an accidental damage waiver insurance for €28, non-refundable. Gandia Beach, with its 7.5 km of coastline and over 3 km of fine white sand, along with a wonderful Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying strolls, running, or beach sports. Gandia Beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, pharmacies, and many other services.
The slope for entering the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During the low season, we recommend having a vehicle to travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic attractions well worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and along the marshes.
The latter is very popular among ornithologists.
L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia Beach where ROMA XIV is located, an unspoiled beach with no buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
