Borth Arian Boat House, a single-storey house consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, Smart TV, dining seating for 7, corner sofa, Velux window, and wood-burning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, double, and twin. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed decking area with furniture. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, furniture, and path to the beach and off-road parking for three cars the drive is shared but the boat house has its own parking and is securely fenced with a private garden.
