* Bedroom: Private ground floor bedroom for your exclusive use.
* Private Toilet: Located outside the bedroom on the ground floor (not inside the bedroom).
* Private Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor for your exclusive use, but separate from the bedroom.
* Private Shower Room: Located on the first floor.
Guests must leave the bedroom area and go upstairs to access the shower room. * Communal Balcony Access: The bedroom has direct access to a shared communal balcony area used by other residents/guests.
For privacy, we recommend keeping the bedroom curtains closed, especially in the evenings. Although all facilities are completely private and exclusively for your use, this is not a traditional studio apartment where all amenities are contained within one self-contained room. Had some initial problems but Andy the location manager was excellent in being pro active,helpful and very professional.
This accommodation ticks the boxes if you want something basic,functional and very helpful management.

Beware the balcony is not private, in bed or getting dressed with someone outside having a cigarette.
No need for table and chairs, better off having a comfy seat to sit on.
Kitchen and utensils need a good clean.
Great location. We’ve stayed in nicer places for a similar price.

What a wonderful spot, the view from the balcony is beautiful. The kitchen was great, I like to cook my own meals. It’s very quiet.
