Comfortable accommodation: Belvilla Aberdeen Bridge of Don Exhibition Centre in Aberdeen offers a spacious flat with free WiFi, a private bathroom and a desk. The accommodation has a seating area, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities, kettle and wardrobe.

The amount of the security deposit is based on the length of your stay, seasonal considerations and the size of your party.
We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will apply.
We value community spirit and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. Parties or disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited. To maintain this standard, we have installed noise and heat sensors to detect unauthorised gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, which could affect your security deposit.
To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time from 22:00 to 6:00 so that all guests can enjoy a restful environment.
