Sands Lane Retreat is a lovely property, and we instantly felt at home there. It has plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils and it is great to have off road parking. The lounge is spacious and the furniture comfy. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas too! We thoroughly recommend it.

It had all the amenities and it was like home from home and very cosy. Very lovely location. Hunmanby is a great village with all the great pubs and eateries. Also near the train station and not far from the sea. We loved it.

Lovely spotless holiday home in a quiet location, ideal to get to filey, Bridlington etc by car. Loved the little extras in the Bungalow and so dog friendly. 5 min walk to the pub that serve their famous pies. Will definitely be back to stay here.
