No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time. 5.
Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms. 6.
Parking: Our driveway accommodates up to 5 cars.
To prevent any inconvenience to our neighbours, no additional cars are allowed, and street parking or parking on neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited. 7.
No Bucks, Hens or Schoolies: To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbours, we do not allow bucks, hens or schoolies on the premises under any circumstances.
Thank you for your understanding. 8.
Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
The property is fitted with smoke alarms that are sensitive to vaping. __________________________________ Guest Limit Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed on the property at any time—day or night—must not exceed the number stated on the listing which is 14.
Due to strict insurance requirements, additional visitors beyond the booked guests are not permitted.
