Nestled above the golden sands of Harlyn Bay, this stunning oceanfront property offers an unrivalled blend of luxury, location, and lifestyle on the North Cornish coast.
With breathtaking, uninterrupted sea views, direct beach access, and the soothing sound of rolling waves, this home is a rare opportunity to own a piece of paradise in one of Cornwall’s most sought-after bays. The home features two distinct living spaces: a seating room with panoramic ocean views, ideal for morning coffee or evening sunsets, and a cosy lounge with a TV, perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day of adventure. The layout is ideal for all ages, with a convenient twin bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for guests who like to avoid stairs.
Upstairs, you'll find two luxurious king bedrooms and a spacious family bedroom with two single beds and a day bed—great for kids or additional guests. In the field there is a newly surfaced hard court tennis court which is shared with the other houses.
There is no booking system in operation, and we trust that no one house will monopolise the use of the court, and abide by the rules, ensuring they are wearing appropriate foot wear. Other things to note: A travel cot is available Also included is a telephone and WiFi broadband access. Outside parking for several cars, barbecue, various sun loungers and 2 large picnic tables. There are extensive lawns and use of a hard court tennis court (shared with other houses in the family owned field) There is a restaurant and pub 200 yards and shops 1 mile from the house. Heating and electricity are included in the rent, linen is not provided. Cleaning and bed linen is included in the rental, an opt out for light use can be negotiated in special circumstances A maximum of two well behaved dogs is permitted.
