Situated in a quiet, mature area, this stunning two-bedroom, two-bathroom coach house has been exquisitely modernised and offers beautiful outside space.
Just a 5-minute stroll via a wooded pathway to the sandy blue-flag beach of Middle Chine. Pets: Not allowed.

On the first floor, there are two generous bedrooms - the master bedroom offering a flexible configuration with 3â single beds or a 6ft zip-and-link and a luxurious en-suite shower room plus a Juliet balcony overlooking the rear garden.
The second double bedroom, with a full en-suite bathroom with shower over, offers a king-size double bed. Parking - One dedicated parking space at the front of the property.
Further parking available on-street on a first-come, first-served basis. Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels.

The location is perfect.
You really feel at home, large spacious comfortable, very very well equipped.
A step away from the beach, and at the same time close to the city centre, being far enough away to be very quiet.
In the morning, the squirrels comes in the Little Lovely garden and plats.
