Charming little 2 bedroom pool side bungalow with a very Spanish feel located in
an exclusive residential area with adult and children’s communal pool, beautiful
and well maintained grounds with private parking.

Accommodation consists of one double bedroom and one single bedroom, open plan living room and kitchen, living area has a pull out sofa bed and 1 bathroom (ensuite).
With its excellent location 600 metres to Cabo Roig beach and marina – 800 metres to Cabo Roig strip where there is no shortage of restaurants and family entertainment – 6 minute drive or 20 minute walk to La Zenia Boulevard, famous for its great shops, restaurants and children’s play area, this accommodation is a perfect holiday stay. Torrevieja is a 12 minute drive away, worth a visit to its waterpark, beautiful promenade and marina and excellent market held every Friday. The bungalow itself has a sunny poolside terrace where you can spend you day lounging while the children splash about in the pool.
Enjoy eating al fresco on the terrace and at night a glass of wine while taking in the serene atmosphere of your surroundings and many beautiful golf courses for golf enthusiasts or mini golf courses for family fun.

I loved the facilities provided such as the air con and the pool right outside our door. It was also in a great location, only 10 minutes walk from the strip and bus stops.
