This apartment is on the ground floor and you have to do just two steps to enter it.
It offers all kind of comforts for a relaxing vacation.
It has 1 bedroom but it can accommodate up to 4 guests, thanks to a sofa bed (queen size) that is in the living room.
Casa Praiano is very charming, characterized by a typical local style starting from the colorful majolica tiles of which the floor is made.
In detail the apartment is composed by a living room equipped with a table, chairs, sofa bed, TV, DVD player, sound system; one large bedroom, with a double bed and en suite bathroom with bath-tub and shower box, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary tools and appliances and a further bathroom.
Finally there is a panoramic terrace, equipped with a BBQ, table, chairs and sun beds, where you can sunbathe or have a meal, enjoying a wonderful view of the sea and Positano. Of course the apartment has air-conditioning/heating and internet (wi-fi ) connection. In short, it is the ideal place for a couple, but it is suitable for a family of 4 as well. Casa Praiano is located in Positano and it is part of a building where are also other holiday homes. It is only 5 minute walk from the center of Positano and from there you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the hill. Furthermore you will find close to the property all the necessary services such as shops, a minimarket and the bus stop.

We were met at the property by the most amazing gentleman, Mauro ... talk about customer service, he showed us the apartment ( VILLA) like the pride of his home . Everything you could possibly want is in the villa , living area , full kitchen, bedroom with a view that looks painted on , 2 bathrooms ...
