The fully equipped kitchen very spacious and functional equipped with modern appliances, accessories, kitchenware and tableware that gives onto the living-sitting space directly accessing the terrace. Oven, hotplates, fridge and dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, utensils and crockery.

On this level there is also the dining area and living area with French doors leading to the balcony

On the top floor there is one bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and French doors opening to the balcony with sea views.

Outdoors the property features a small plunge swimming pool of 10 m2.

The outdoor area of the property is beautifully structured, surrounded by rocky hills and Mediterranean vegetation, it offers relaxation and recreation for the guests, with its multilevel lounging and dining areas. Sitting areas in the front of the villa, to all which guests have access to, are designed, so that guests can break off into small groups and enjoy their own private space with a feeling of independence enjoying panoramic sea and sunset views.

The main features include white plaster, local stone, natural rocks, built-in couches, and wooden pergolas intertwined with Cycladic arches. The villa is surrounded by specially designed areas paved with lush gardens: olive trees, bushes, shrubs, ornamental plants, and cacti among the rocks form beautiful landscapes, creating a particularly relaxing mood.

Minimum stay: 3 nights; 6 nights in July and August.

Check-in time is from 14:00; Checkout time is within 11:00.

A security deposit of 800 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
