The luxurious Villa Katarina is located in Zadar, a city that has been an excellent tourist attraction and destination for many years, and is a favorite destination for both domestic and foreign guests.

You can also use the bathrooms with showers, and a washing machine, dryer and iron will be of great use. The beautifully decorated and modern kitchen is equipped with everything that will help you prepare your favorite meals for the whole family.
There is also a dining room with a dining table that has a direct view of the outdoor terrace.
The living room will be an ideal place for evening gatherings with your favorite movies, and includes a living room, TV and armchair.

The host was very very kind and welcoming. We felt really appriciated as guests. Even our dog was very nicely accepted and welcomed. The house is beautiful and everything was extremly clean. We enjoyed the view and the pool and the billiard in the evenings. We highly recommend this property.

Hervorragend! Ein wunderschönes, neues Urlaubshaus mit tollem Meerblick. Alles in allem in bester Ordnung und kaum zu schlagen. Wir hatten mit 8 Personen / 2 Familien genug Platz und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten um Urlaub zu machen. Die Hausherren sind außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus liegt direkt am Hang und hat einen gigantischen Blick zum Meer. Zu Fuß in den nächsten Ort kann man gut laufen. Es gibt auch Fahrräder am Haus.Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war immer und jederzeit hilfsbereit.Wer seine Ruhe möchte, findet hier ein wunderschönes Haus mit allem was dazu gehört.
