The excellent beachfront location offers direct access to the Mar Menor waters. Maintenance staff live on the ground floor with a calm dog. Their presence ensures a well-kept and discreet environment during your stay. Parking is available both on the property and on the street.
Pets are welcome, and smoking is allowed.

The villa is just a 5-minute walk from one of La Manga’s main centers, where you’ll find a pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurants for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Ideal for windsurfing and kitesurfing enthusiasts, as it’s located on one of La Manga’s most popular beaches for these sports. For sports lovers, there’s also a private gym with a treadmill and exercise bike.
