It is a quiet building of only four apartments where families and seniors live permanently, therefore we cannot host other guest profiles at the moment to comply with the building rules.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet and traditional neighbourhood a few minutes walk from the center of the city.

Quiet two bedroom apartment with a modern design on the second floor of a building with elevator. The apartment is located in a traditional neighborhood and just next to the city center.

The apartment has been recently refurbished and fully redecorated with guests' comfort in mind.



It is equipped with a kitchen, living room with sofa and TV, bathroom and two bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available in the entire space.

The apartment has two cozy and modern bedrooms with air conditioning and one full equipped bathroom. The living room has a sofa for 3 people, storage areas and TV.The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, vitro, fridge, washing machine and microwave) so you can keep your drinks cool and cook! Dining area with large table.The bathroom has a cabinet and sink, toilet and shower.

If you need to checkin in other times that are not specified in our checkin hours, please mention it in your reservation, it depends upon availability and it may have an extra cost depending on check-in time and season.

Upon checkin, we provide a set of hand and bath towel per guest free of charge, as well as bed linen for each one of the beds to be used. Additional towels or bed linen are subject to availability and may have an extra cleaning fee.

This accommodation is in a residential area surrounded by other buildings and streets, therefore there might be disturbances by external noise. This reason will not be subject to any compensation.

The apartment is located few minutes away from the city center. There are bus stops, supermarkets and other shops within less than 200 meters

The best way to go to downtown is walk (less than 10 minutes to the main spots). There are bus stops around to go to the other areas of the city, the beaches and other spots.

If you have a car, you can park for free in some of the streets around the apartment during off-work hours (8pm-9am). During working hours, it might be a bit more challenging to find a spot.

From airport to the apartment:- Taxi. Travel time: approx. 15 minutes. Cost: around 20 euro.- Train: Line C1 to 'Centro Alameda/Centre Mall' stop and then walk around 10 minutes to the apartment. Travel time: approx. 40 minutes. Cost: around 2 euro per person.- Bus: Line A to 'Avda. Andalucia (Correos)' and from there walk 10 minutes to the apartment. Travel time: approx. 45 minutes. Cost: around 3 euro per person.

From train station to the apartment:- Walk: It is just a pleasant 15-20 minutes walk.- Bus: Lines 6, 7, 8, 21 or 23 near the station to arrive 'Marmoles' stop. Takes about 5 mins. From there, walk just one minute to the apartment.- Taxi: It should take about 5-6 mins and the price is aprox 7 euro.
