Upon entering the property, you will be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your group.
The dining area provides a sociable space to enjoy your culinary creations, while the sitting room offers a warm retreat where you can unwind in front of the TV, warmed by the glow of the woodburning stove.
For quieter moments, the snug provides a tranquil haven for reading or simply relaxing.
A handy cloakroom with a basin, heated towel rail, and WC completes the ground floor layout.
Upstairs, you will find two inviting bedrooms, each boasting their own en-suite facilities for added convenience.
The king-size bedroom features an elegant en-suite with a bath, shower over, heated towel rail, basin, and WC, while the twin bedroom also benefits from an en-suite with a bath, shower over, heated towel rail, basin, and WC. Coach House Cottage, a cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dining seating, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove, and a snug. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin, both with en-sutie bathrooms, serviced by a cloakroom. You'll find a shop, pub, and lake in 0.6 miles, and a beach in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, lawn, and furniture and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Coach House Cottage is a wonderful escape to Pembrokeshire, whatever time of year. Please note this property has a good housekeeping bond of £250
