Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car. There's a bus stop just outside the apartment. Dublin airport: 30 minutes by car; Dublin Castle: 10 minutes walking; St Patrick's Cathedral: 5 minutes walking. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner. This 55m2 apartment can sleep up to 4 people with a UK King-sized bed in the bedroom and a UK double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for whipping up a simple meal.
It also includes a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a coffee machine. Fresh towels and complimentary travel-sized toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we’ll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. A Note for Expectations: We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect while enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential. As this is a street-level apartment, there will be some street noise.
Please reach out to our 24/7 guest support for assistance. To help us avoid blockages and keep everything running smoothly, please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet — no wipes, tissues, sanitary products, or other items.

La localisation est bonne, l’appartement est propre.
Le lieu de récupération des clés est trop éloigné de l’appartement.
L’appartement est en rée de chaussée d’une rue très passante et le bruit des voitures notamment dans la chambre est important

The best was the location and quick answers of the owners. The apartment is espaced enough for four people. The worse was the confortability of the sofa. Not enough for sleeping.
