We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Pelletstown Train Station, is just a 1-minutes walk. Dublin Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

Both have a UK double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Our 70 sqm apartment perfectly balances city exploration and relaxation, a fantastic choice for travellers seeking a peaceful and well-connected location.
With plenty of attractions, restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to Pelletstown Train Station (a 1-minute walk), guests can easily travel and explore the city!
