Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. You'll have no trouble getting around town by car or public transport.
This apartment is within walking distance of the bus stops (Kevin Street, Stop 2311) and Dublin Airport is just a 40-minute drive away.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property if our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. If there is excessive electricity usage, (anything over €300 euros) you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

The bathroom contains all the essentials you'll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.
