HOUSING
Outside the villa, you will enjoy a swimming pool of 10mx4m with its deckchairs, completely sheltered from the eyes since it is enclaved at the back of the house, and a terraced and shaded space for your meals.
Inside, the house of 220m2, built on three floors and decorated with style, will offer you:
Ground floor
- A dining room / dining table for 12 people.
- A large living room with large screen TV, comfortable sofas, fireplace and piano
- A very independent kitchen, and fully equipped opening directly onto the terraced area and swimming pool to facilitate the way to/from!
First floor:
- Two bedrooms with double beds and dressing room, one opening onto a small shooting balcony.
- A master bedroom with shower room and en suite toilet, large wardrobe and flat screen TV (only with DVD player, no channels), and also opening onto a shooting balcony.
- A fourth bedroom with 2 single beds
- A second independent bathroom with toilet completes the floor.
On the second floor:

- A fifth bedroom with 2 single beds and a comfortable sofa.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
We inform you that in order to finalize any reservation, secure external links are sent to you as part of our internal organization.
We would like to reassure you that this approach is reliable and secure.
A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
