For starters, you will have the pleasure (and privilege) of being just a 10-minute walk from the beaches of Juan-Les-Pins, its restaurants, and its casino.
Outside the villa, you will also enjoy a flat and perfectly maintained lot, a playground ideal for children, but also a terraced and shaded area for your meals, a swimming pool with deckchairs, a 6-seat jacuzzi and a covered shelter with babyfoot!

Inside, the house of 220m2, built on three floors and decorated with a lot of style, will offer you:

- A first bedroom en suite on the ground floor with queen size bed (160cm), TV and private shower room, opening directly to the garden and swimming pool

On the first floor you will enjoy 3 bedrooms:
The master bedroom of 40m2 with queen size bed (160cm), a large dressing room, a TV and its private open bathroom (including bath, shower and separate toilet) This room opens onto a shooting terrace.
The second bedroom with queen size bed, closet / dressing room, TV and en suite shower room.
This room also opens onto a shooting terrace. The last bedroom with two single beds (ideal for children because this room does not have private bathroom) On the second floor, you will reach the roof terrace solarium enjoying a very nice sea view, ideal place for a late-day hour in an exceptional setting! AFFAIRS In addition to being only a few minutes from the centre of Juan-Les-Pins on foot, you can: - Join Cannes and its famous Croisette in less than 15 minutes. - Enjoy the old town of Antibes and its homemade ice creams in less than 10 minutes. - Join Biot, to visit his old town or go to the Marineland Orcs in less than 20 minutes. - Join the motorway in less than 10 minutes to go wandering and discover the region (Nice, Monaco, Saint-Tropez...). - And for those who would come to work, the house is located 15/20 min from Sophia Antipolis technopole. PRACTICAL INFORMATION Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...) The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...) Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay. Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible). Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m. Arrivals beyond this schedule must be specified and may incur additional costs. We inform you that in order to finalize any reservation, secure external links are sent to you as part of our internal organization. We would like to reassure you that this approach is reliable and secure. A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
