A second terrace, this time ideal for your meals, is under the bioclimatic pergola. Inside, the house is on two levels. On the ground floor, you will access several rooms: The large living room bathed in light, with its large windows, offers you several spaces: - A comfortable living area with Smart TV - A space for 8 people - An open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included) The master suite offers a queen size bedding (160cm), a dressing room, an office space and an en suite shower room. The laundry room and independent toilets complete this floor. On the second floor you will enjoy three other bedrooms: The first bedroom has two single beds, a dressing room and a private shower room (WC included). The second bedroom has a queen size bed (160cm), a closet and a private terrace. The third bedroom is ideal for children, it is equipped with two single beds. A last shower room with toilet complete the space. AFFAIRS - You will be in the immediate vicinity (less than 5 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk) of the beaches of Juan-Les-Pins, its beaches and restaurants. - You will find in the immediate vicinity (3 minutes by car) all the necessary shops (blangery, small supermarket, tobacco etc.) - You can also easily reach Cannes and the beaches of La Croisette (in less than 10/15 minutes) as well as Antibes (less than 10 minutes). - The motorway will also be accessible in less than 10 minutes to reach all other major cities (Nice 20/30 minutes, Monaco 40 minutes...) PRACTICAL INFORMATION Parking is provided in the property. Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...) The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...) Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).
