This detached villa is situated in Buzet, in the northern Istria, on a 1,400 m2 private plot. Enduro riders will also find excellent conditions here: numerous unpaved roads and forest trails lead through the diverse landscape – ideal for exploring this part of Istria on two wheels. Buzet is roughly 40-minute drive from the coastline, with the nearest beach located at Novigrad.
