Two bathrooms provide comfort, one of them with an outdoor shower next to the whirlpool – ideal after a day at the beach. Live like a local: The penthouse is located in a former hotel complex, now inhabited by locals and residents – far from mass tourism and close to authentic island life.

Supermarket, bakery, and one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the area, Playa Bastián, are just a few minutes’ walk away. Enjoyment & accessibility: Enjoy the variety of nearby restaurants and bars or explore Lanzarote by car – free parking directly at the house, the highway is reachable in two minutes.
