📍 Ideally located in a quiet area on Avenue de Vallauris, you are just 10 minutes from the lively Croisette beaches and the Palais des Festivals, with numerous shops and restaurants nearby!

🛋 The apartment, on the 4th floor with elevator, features a bright living room opening onto the kitchen and a beautiful terrace equipped with sun loungers and a dining table.

To ensure you have the best welcome, we provide bed linen for the entire duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats, and one bath towel per person. Kitchen towels are not included. Additionally, welcome kits are available upon your arrival, containing coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dish soap, and a sponge.

** Sheets and towels are not included for the sofa bed **
The price paid includes only the use of the beds. The use of the sofa bed incurs an additional charge of €7.50 per night for the provision of sheets and towels; this amount must be paid after your reservation.

To confirm your reservation, a security deposit must be made via a pre-authorization on your bank card. This amount will neither be blocked nor debited and will not affect your credit limit.

Departure: Before 10:00 AM

Upon arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.

Arrival between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

Important: No arrivals will be possible after 11:00 PM.

For any reservation of 30 days or more, the signature of a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility.

The apartment is located in the city center of Cannes, within walking distance of La Croisette and the Palais des Festivals (15 minutes on foot) and close to the famous Rue d'Antibes (10 minutes on foot) where you will find all the fashionable shops.
