Upon departure, they must be left clean, tidy, and without trash (otherwise, the extra cost incurred will be deducted from the deposit). Pets of any kind are only accepted "upon request" and must be expressly accepted in writing by us (consult us, they may incur a supplement). If there is parking and it is not indicated as private, then the parking is communal and there is no guaranteed space available for each apartment. (Only one car can be parked per apartment, and only if space is available). Air conditioning (if available) is an optional service (paid), unless it is expressly indicated that it is included in the price. If you need an iron, please request it at our office. See optional supplements when booking (some extras may have a minimum price per stay regardless of the number of nights stayed). Some optional services may be subject to availability by the external provider. Our clients have a 24-hour maintenance service for emergencies in the apartment via a contact number (only for problems in the apartment that cannot wait until our reception office opens). Misuse or abuse of this service will incur a cost for the client. Key collection is always at our reception office, not at the reserved building.

If you arrive after the office closes in the afternoon or on a holiday, there will be a list in the shop window with the client's name and a phone number to call, and someone will bring the keys to the door of our office within a few minutes (if you plan to arrive outside of office hours and inform us, you help us organize and minimize your waiting time when you arrive at our office). Optionally, we can bring the keys to the apartment address, but this service has a supplement (consult). Outside of working hours, we only provide 1 set of apartment keys and, if you inform us you are arriving by car, a remote control or key to access the parking.
When you check in, we can give you another set of apartment keys. The photos of apartments shown on our website are of a typical apartment, as we have several apartments in each building and they are privately owned apartments, there may be variations in the type of furniture or decoration, floor, views, etc., but the services described are practically the same in all of them. Check-in to the apartments is at 5:00 PM (if the apartment is clean and ready before, keys may be handed over earlier (this may incur an extra cost). Even if requested in advance, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be available before this time. Check-out from the apartments is at 10:00 AM (if you wish to check out later, please consult with our staff about the possibility of a late check-out from the apartment. (This has an extra cost) and is subject to availability until the day before departure). Therefore, free of charge, on both the day of arrival and departure, we can store your luggage at our office (service available only during our opening hours, not on Sundays or holidays). At our reception office, you can find tourist information, city maps, and book all kinds of additional services for your stay in the apartment as well as for enjoying the daytime and nighttime sports, cultural, and leisure activities offered by the city and its surroundings. For our clients, we can offer a transfer service to and from Alicante airport or train station, either by taxi, private transport companies (VTC), or minibuses for groups.
If you arrive at night or on a holiday, we can arrange for you to be picked up at the airport with your apartment keys and taken directly there. We can also assist you with confirming your return transfer or printing your boarding passes (service with an additional cost). Tickets for theme parks (Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, Mundomar, Acualandia, Aquanatura), party rooms, Benidorm Palace, Molino, Benidorm Circus, guided excursions to nearby towns or Valencia, car rentals, electric vehicle rentals for people with reduced mobility (in some buildings we can provide a charging area if rented through us, please consult), diving or sports activities, and nature contact through specialized companies.
Tickets for clubs on special dates (especially New Year's Eve). We can offer tickets for various concerts and events held in Benidorm throughout the year.

Jammer dat er alleen Spaanse TV was, satelliet decode werkte niet. En kraan wasmachine zat geen beweging in,kon wel wasjes draaien.
