De gastvrouw was erg aardig.
Oude centrum en park waren op loopafstand.
De ruimte was vrij klein. Er was geen parkeerplaats dichtbij het appartement voor gasten. De locatie lag naast de spoorlijn waardoor er veel geluidsoverlast was in de nacht.
