Villa Jazmín in Residensol Urbanization is a fantastic villa in Nerja, located very close to Burriana beach, one of the most acclaimed beaches in the area.
It has two floors plus a third floor with a terrace viewpoint. On the central floor, there is a living-dining room, a fully independent kitchen, and access to terraces, gardens, and a private pool.
On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms with individual beds and capacity for 4 people. On the upper floor, there is a rooftop terrace with a chill out area that allow you to enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the area.

It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, equipped terraces, washing machine, barbecue, fireplace, internet access (wifi), hair dryer, alarm, air conditioning, private pool, free street parking, 3 fans, 2 TVs, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German). The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. In the common area of the community you have a comunity pool for free use by the users of the villa, along with a well-maintained garden. Access to the property consists of 52 steps. The property has a security alarm system that is disabled when the property is in use, there are 2 inside cameras that have covered lenses for the privavy of the guests. Nerja! Lovely space, pretty gardens, perfect pool, close to all amenities.
The game show guessing game to find which of the unlabelled key safes was the right one. Poor wifi instructions.
