Life's a Beach, a single-storey lodge, consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, dining seating for four guests, Smart TV, and electric fire, along with a utility room with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, and a twin room, serviced by a bathroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed decking with furniture and hot tub, enclosed lawn area, and off-road parking for two cars. EV charging available, payable locally by app. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop, 1.2 miles a pub and within 0.1 miles a beach. All of this and so much more with a stay at the welcoming Life's a Beach. Outside spiral staircase leading up to crow's nest.There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £250. No cats allowed. Please note this property only accepts Friday or Monday change overs
