A fully equipped lower-ground-floor kitchen and pantry provides space for meal preparations to cater to your culinary needs throughout your stay. Also on the lower-ground-floor, you will find a 12 seater cinema room with lounge seats, big screen and all the usual streaming platforms. An opulent dining room offers a wonderful space for up to 12 guests to dine in style. After dinner, retire to the sitting room, where an open-fire creates a warm atmosphere for evening relaxation. Batheaston House, a house over four floors, consists of a lower-ground-floor kitchen, kitchen, lower-ground-floor utility, lower-ground-floor wine cellar, lower-ground-floor dining room, dining room, sitting room with open-fire, and conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite cloakroom, two doubles, two second-floor doubles, and a second-floor double with en-suite, serviced by a lower-ground-floor cloakroom, cloakroom, bathroom, shower room, and second-floor bathroom. You'll find a shop, pub, and river in 0.1 miles, and a canal in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for open-fire, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with a hot tub, lawn, patio, furniture, a greenhouse, and private parking. Two small dogs welcome - there is a £10 per night charge for each dog attending.
