Beech is a delightful holiday home situated on the serene complex of The Retreat at Elcot Park Country House Hotel and Spa near Newbury, Berkshire.
With delightful countryside views and convenient off-road parking for one car, this inviting retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a serene escape in the heart of the English countryside.
Upon entering Beech, you will be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed at the dining table.
After dinner, retire to the inviting sitting room, where you can curl up in front of the woodburning stove and watch your favourite shows on the TV, creating a perfect end to your day. When it's time to rest, the cottage boasts two beautifully presented bedrooms.
The first is a super-king-size (which can be converted into twin beds on request) complete with a TV for your entertainment and an en-suite featuring a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. The second bedroom is a king-size, also boasting an en-suite with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC, offering a tranquil space to unwind after a day of exploration.
A handy cloakroom with a basin, heated towel rail, and WC completes the interior of this charming cottage.
Outside, you will find a shared courtyard with a gravelled area and furniture, providing a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink, whilst soaking up the tranquil surroundings of Elcot.
Beech provides an ideal base to explore the delightful attractions the area has to offer.

Beech consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and dining seating for four people, and sitting room with woodburning stove and TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite shower room and king-size with en-suite bathroom, serviced by a cloakroom. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Outside, there is a shared courtyard with a gravelled area and furniture and off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Beech offers a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Note: Please bring your own logs for the wood burner as these are not provided.
