There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a dining area and sitting area with a Smart TV, woodburning stove and sofa bed. Gas central heating and underfloor heating, WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There’s a highchair and travel cot available. Outside there’s off-road parking for 2 cars and a enclosed front garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop in 1.2 miles, pub in 1.5 miles, beach in 0.8 miles. The Old Dairy is a wonderful base for your next family holiday. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350GBP. Note: Check-in from 5pm, Check-out by 10am. Please note: fuel for the woodburning stove is available at the local shop.
