Jubilee Cottage, a semi-detached home consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Smart TV and a table seating two. The living/dining room contains an electric fire, Smart TV, a table seating four as well as a study with a selection of books and DVDs and a utility room with a washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a double room, serviced by a walk-in shower room. Outside, there is roadside parking for one car and an enclosed front patio with furniture. Fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, gas central heating, WiFi, bed linen and towels are all included. Two well-behaved pets welcome, but this is a smoke-free property.You'll find the closest shop in 1.4 miles and a pub in 0.1 miles. Jubilee Cottage makes a wonderful base in Warwickshire. Note: The parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
