The open-plan living space includes a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, capsule coffee machine, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining area and a sitting area with 43" Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. The bedrooms include a double and a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request) with Smart TV, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is an enclosed patio garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Two pets are allowed however smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, travel cot and highchair are included in rent. Within 0.8 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach. Choose The Waves for a splendid break to Cornwall.
