There’s an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, wine fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, dining area and a sitting area with a TV and gas fire woodburning stove. Underfloor heating, WiFi, fuel, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Outside there’s a designated parking space and EV charging available. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.7 miles. Enjoy a break in Devon with a stay at The Nook.
