The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and dining seating for five guests and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, a double and a single, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is a raised-level garden with lawn and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.7 miles you will find a shop, within 0.4 miles, a pub and within 0.6 miles, a beach and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Spinnaker is a fantastic base from which to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. Note: Check-in from 3pm, check-out at 9:30am. Note: The garden is accessed via a flight of external steps; please take care. Please note: this property can only accept 3 nights minimum.
