Perfect for families or groups of friends, this welcoming abode offers off-road parking for two (cars plenty of additional parking by arrangement) and accommodates up to three well-behaved dogs, ensuring a delightful stay for all amidst the serene Welsh countryside.
There is a spacious kitchen/diner, fully equipped to cater to all your culinary needs throughout your stay.
Adjacent to this, you will find a handy utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer, perfect for those longer stays.
The property boasts two inviting sitting rooms, each featuring a warming electric fire, and TV, providing ample space for everyone to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the local area.
The Farmhouse offers a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit all types of groups.
On the first floor, you will find a double bedroom complete with a cot for the little ones, another double bedroom, a twin room, two single bedrooms and a room with a child's bunk bed. For your convenience, the property also features a ground-floor bathroom with a bath and handheld shower, as well as two separate shower rooms (one upstairs), each with a walk-in shower, ensuring there will be no morning queues.
Outside, the property benefits from an enclosed front garden with a lawn and picnic bench, perfect for enjoying a spot of alfresco dining in the warmer months.

The bedrooms consist of a double with cot, double, twin, two singles, and child's bunk bed, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom and shower room, cloakroom, and shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn and picnic bench, shared enclosed courtyard with patio and picnic bench, and off-road parking for two cars, with extra space available. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. The farmhouse is a fine escape to Gwynedd. Note: Welcome pack provided.
