Make your way in to discover three well-presented bedrooms on offer; a king-size, single, and childrens bunk bedroom with normal sized bunk bed (6"3x3ft), providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for all. Freshen up in the bathroom, complete with a bath, handheld shower, and shower over, while a convenient cloakroom with basin and WC adds to the property's practicality.
The heart of the home lies in the gorgeous kitchen/diner, featuring a large breakfast dining space, contemporary kitchen appliances, and a dining table perfect for family meals and gatherings.
A selection of DVDs, games, and books are also available for your entertainment.
Unwind in the homely sitting room, equipped with an electric fire, Smart TV, and original artwork adding character to the space.

The Haven consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, breakfast bar, dining table, books, games, and DVDs, a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, single, and adult bunk bed in the childrens bedroom. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, handheld shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front patio garden and furniture, and parking available.
