Upon entering Sparrow House, hang any coats or shoes from your outdoor adventure then enter the heart of the home is the kitchen/diner, where you can gather to enjoy home-cooked meals courtesy of the flames on the gas hob and the chef of the group.
The utility room is equipped with a microwave and washing machine, whilst the adjoining boot room contains a tumble dryer, catering to all your laundry needs.
After dinner make use of the dishwasher then head to the sitting room, complete with a TV and gas fire, offering a welcoming space to relax after a day of exploring Alnwick.
French doors lead out to the wrap-around garden, where you can enjoy the views and dine al fresco on the patio furniture.
A cloakroom with a basin and WC completes the ground floor.

The bedrooms include a king-size with an en-suite bathroom, a double, a twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request), and a bunk bed serviced by a bathroom, first-floor cloakroom and cloakroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a wrap-around garden with a lawn, patio, and furniture, as well as off-road parking for 2-3 cars. Two well-behaved pets are allowed. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.4 miles a shop, 0.3 miles a pub and 1.3 miles a river. Whatever the weather, a wonderful stay awaits at Sparrow House.
