Encil Gyfrinfa consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for six, and a sitting area with TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, serviced by an en-suite shower room, a double, and a twin (zip/link can be king-size on request), serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a decking space with furniture and sunken hot tub, plus off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Within 1.4 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and WiFi included in the rent. WiFi is for the park and cannot be guaranteed. Explore the wonders of Gwynedd with a stay at Plot 3. Note: 15GBP supplement when bringing a pet. 70GBP for use of the hot tub during your stay. Note: Guests are advised that as the hot tubs need to be cleaned and emptied for each new set of guests, the hot tub may not be ready to use on the first evening of their stay

excellent lodge but need to sort wifi out
advertised as available but no connection and weak phone signal as well so no mob data link
carpet in lounge needs attention too
