It includes a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, and WC, as well as a ground-floor walk-in shower with a handheld shower, basin, and WC. The home offers a kitchen/diner, utility room, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Amenities include oil central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi, and an iron. Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included, along with bed linen and towels. A highchair, travel cot, and stairgate are available on request. There is ample off-road parking and an enclosed rear garden with an artificial lawn and trampoline. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Escape with the family to Little Dairy House.
