16 Whitehall Place consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating, gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle, and fridge/freezer, a utility with dishwasher, washing machine, and air fryer, a sitting room with TV and open fire, The bedrooms consist of a king-size, ground-floor double, double, and family room. There is a bathroom with a corner bath and basin and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, gravelled area, and furniture, and off-road parking for three cars. Outdoor furniture is available for use from May to the end of September. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop within 0.5 miles and a pub within 0.7 miles. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 450 GBP. Note: This property only allows a maximum of 3 cars at the property; there is no additional parking at the property.
