The ground floor also has a bathroom with a bath and shower, and the first floor features a a separate shower room and an open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining, and sitting space. Amenities include central heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and Smart TV. Outside, there's parking for three cars, an enclosed garden, and a garage for equipment storage. One dog is welcome, with a second by prior agreement.
