The Coquet Nest, a ground-floor apartment, consists of an open-plan living space with a Smart TV, electric fire, dining seating for two, and a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle, cafetière, and a shared garage for storing outdoor equipment. The bedroom is king-size with an en-suite shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available upon request. Outside, there is a shared off-road parking area for the whole building with space for up to two cars (subject to availability), plus there is free on-street parking in front of the property and across the road (subject to availability).
