The Packing House is an inviting, single-storey, semi-detached home in the village of Rosudgeon, Cornwall.
With a fully enclosed garden, safe for your children and four-legged friends, as well as a fun-filled games field and plenty of home comforts, including a Smart TV, Superfast WiFi, and a Bluetooth speaker, this home has everything families and friends, surfers and walkers could need for a memorable break near the coast.
Set on the South West Coastal Path, enjoying sea glimpses, and home to horses and donkeys, dogs, chickens and a resident tortoise, the location of this home-from-home combines coast and country to give you the best of both worlds for your next Cornwall break.
Inside, the open-plan living space is the real heart of the home, where cooking, dining and unwinding is welcome.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances for cooking up homemade treats, with a dining table to gather around whilst planning the next day’s itinerary.
After a long day of exploring the scenic area, sink into the sofas to watch family favourites on the Smart TV, or head out to the garden for an evening tipple on the patio.
Be sure to take advantage of the games field during your stay, where you can unleash your competitive side with a game of badminton or table tennis in the fresh country air. When sleep calls, choose from a double or a twin room to catch your rest in, with clothes storage and serviced by a shower room to freshen up in. While you're in the area, take a stroll down the peaceful country lane to join the South West Coast Path, which leads to the sandy beach at Perranuthnoe—home to two excellent cafés and a welcoming village pub. The Packing House is a single-storey holiday home nestled in a peaceful location near the coast. Inside, the property features a well-equipped open-plan living space with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, alongside a dining area and sitting area with Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, and superfast WiFi. The bedrooms consist of one double and one spacious twin, serviced by a shower room with basin and WC. Outside, guests can enjoy a fully enclosed, dog-proof private garden with a secluded patio sun trap offering a glimpse of the sea, plus off-road parking. Travel cot and highchair are available. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but smoking is permitted outside only. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Within two miles, guests will find sandy beaches, and within one mile, a pub, Co-Op, and fish and chip shop. On-site, there is a games field with table tennis, badminton, and football in good weather, and friendly animals including horses, donkeys, dogs, chickens, and a tortoise. The Packing House makes a delightful base for a coastal escape. Note: The owner lives adjacent.
