Set within a small, characterful development of beautifully converted former farm buildings is Tinkers Cottage.
It’s an inviting base for families, couples and beach lovers alike. Inside, the cottage is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped.
The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need for relaxed self-catering, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and a double electric oven – ideal for everything from a quick breakfast to leisurely holiday dinners.
The open-plan dining and lounge area is a welcoming space to unwind with two comfortable sofas, a dining table seating six, a modern smart TV, and fast reliable internet. There are two attractive bedrooms: one with a king-size bed for restful nights sleep, and a second with distant sea views has twin truckle beds – perfect for children or friends.
The bathroom features a bath with an over the bath power shower, ideal after a day spent exploring the coast and countryside. The cottage is especially family friendly, with games basket filled with toys, jigsaw puzzles and board games.
Plus a well-stocked bookcase offering local maps and a selection of books for both adults and children.
The cottage is dog-friendly, so your four-legged family members can enjoy your holiday too. Outside, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding countryside while sitting on the patio with a drink in hand or take yourself off to the communal field just a small distance from the cottage for an energetic family game of ball.
The village of St Anne’s Chapel is just moments away, with a friendly local pub/restaurant and a well-stocked convenience store for everyday essentails.

Tinkers Cottage consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, a dining area, and a living room with a TV, DVD and video player. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin with truckle beds, along with a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is a non-enclosed terraced front garden with gravel and furniture, and a designated parking place for one car. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop and pub. This is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Enjoy a lovely family retreat at Tinkers Cottage. Note: Step up leading into the property, please take care. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 250 GBP. Please note during April-June this property can only accommodate Friday-Friday stays
