The king-size bedroom boasts its own en-suite, complete with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail, ensuring a touch of indulgence during your stay.

The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, double, twin, and bunk bed. You'll find a shop in 0.9 miles, pub in 0.5 miles, and beach in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed front decking with gas barbecue and furniture. Enclosed rear garden with decking, lawned space, and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars with ample roadside parking available (sloped please be aware). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Enjoy a splendid retreat at 15 Summerland Avenue. Note: Multi-tiered garden, please take care and supervise children; property is not suitable for children under 9 due to drops.
