To access your new holiday home, walk around the side of the building to find the entrance (through the porch and up three steps to the apartment door).
Upon entering the sitting room, you can witness a friendly race to claim the corner of the couch in front of the Smart TV.
Once everyone has settled on their preferred spot on the sofa, choose a show that appeals to all.
Once you are settled, proceed to the kitchen and dining area, where you can gather everyone around the table in anticipation of a delicious meal you are about to prepare.
After enjoying your meal, take advantage of the outdoor garden bench to soak up the sun, if it decides to shine.

Falmouth Bay 1 consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and seating for four guests and a sitting room with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a patio, furniture, storage, and designated parking for 1 car. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub, and within 0.1 miles, a beach. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Have a divine seaside retreat at Falmouth Bay 1. Note: Access to Falmouth Bay 1 is to the side of the property.
