Megs Roost is a single-storey cottage consisting of a studio-style living space with king-size bed (zip/link, can be twins on request), electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dining seating for two people, and sitting area with Smart TV and CD player, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, along with off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 2.9 miles, pub in 2.4. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Megs Roost is a tranquil base for a Devon getaway. Note: king-size bed (zip/link 2'6'' beds) can be made up into twin beds, please specify if required at the time of booking. Note: The property is in a rural location, so it is advisable to bring a torch if you are arriving after dark. Note: Sorry, no children accepted at this property.

Very comfortable cottage. Quite long drive down narrow lanes and luckily did not meet any farm tractors!
