Welcome to our comfortable and well-equipped 2-bedroom caravan, perfectly located in the heart of Chapel St Leonards, where the beach, shops, cafes, arcades, restaurants, pubs, and local attractions are all within easy walking distance.
The caravan comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features:
• 1 Double Bedroom• 1 Twin Bedroom with 2 Single Beds• Pull-out Double Bed in the Lounge Area
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday, including a cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and air fryer.
For your convenience, bedding is included and all beds are made up ready for your arrival, allowing you to start your holiday the moment you step through the door.
The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower cubicle with a temperature-controlled shower for added comfort and safety.
Outside, guests can enjoy a full-length gated verandah, providing a secure and relaxing space to sit and unwind during your stay.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, dogs must not be left unattended in the caravan or on the verandah at any time. This was a lovely caravan in a quiet, peaceful corner of the site. It was great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.
There were a few kitchen items that were missing- frying pan, (although there was an airfryer) colander, toaster, corkscrew. Only minor things.
