Information about the host
The Bummler Hof is a typical Allgäu farm in family ownership since 1830.
Surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy absolute tranquility in the middle of nature.
In 2023 the three exclusive vacation apartments were newly built.
You can expect light wood, lots of light and a breathtakingly beautiful view!
From the front door you can hike, jog or bike.
But you can also just relax and enjoy the magnificent panorama or experience the many sights in the immediate vicinity.
In the surrounding area there are some very good restaurants and nice beer gardens. Feel free to ask us about them!
Legau, in the Illerwinkel, offers beautiful views of the mountains of the Alps because of its southern location in the district - it presents a panorama from the Zugspitze to the Säntis.
On the circular hiking trail, walkers and hikers can enjoy the landscape away from the big tourist hustle and bustle.
Popular activities in the area also include cycling or the famous Center Park, 12km away.
In winter you can go skiing30 min away. The nearest "Allgäu Memmingen" airport is 15 km away. A pick up service can be organized.
Singles, couples or families - everyone is welcome!

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Arrival is possible between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PMearlier or later arrivals are also welcome by prior arrangement.
Departure should take place by 10:00 AM.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
A deposit of 25% of the total booking price is due within 5 days of making the reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival.

For short-notice bookings:
Bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival:
The full amount is due immediately.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations made after this time, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total booking price will apply.
No refunds will be issued in the event of early departure.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
Pets are not permitted.
We kindly ask for your understanding that our property is a non-smoking house.
Please do not enter the apartments wearing street shoes; if needed, please bring your own slippers.
Underfloor heating is installed in all rooms.

Weiter durch Legau bis zum Ortsende und vor der Verkehrsinsel rechts abbiegen. Die erste Möglichkeit nutzen um nach links abzubiegen, dann sieht man linker Hand den Bummler Hof in ca. 900 m den Bummler Hof liegen.
Von Leutkirch kommend folgen Sie der Beschilderung Richtung Legau und biegen am Ortseingang nach der Verkehrsinsel links ab, dann noch zweimal links abbiegen und Sie haben den Bummler Hof erreicht.

Tolle Lage - bequeme Betten - schöner Panoramablick.
NICHTRAUCHERWOHNUNG und auf dem Balkon darf geraucht werden. Der Aschenbecher steht auf dem Balkontisch. Bei den nebeneinanderliegenden Ferienwohnungen haben Nichtraucher ganz eindeutig das Nachsehen. Sobald das Fenster bzw. die Balkontür geöffnet ist zieht der Rauch in die andere Wohnung. Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung ALPSPITZ untergebracht.
